If you received your Basha energy bracelet order and aren’t totally in love with it, you are welcome to return it to our offices within 30 days of the ship date for a website refund less shipping (if applicable), to the original method of payment.

Please contact us at support@bashabracelet.com to obtain an RMA ( return merchandise authorization). Once you receive the RMA, you may proceed to return your bracelet.

The merchandise must be unworn, and original packaging and invoice must be included. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank.
