If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a website credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. No refunds will be allowed. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with UPC label attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days or without the UPC label attached.

The warranty will become null and void if the jewelry is misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart.

Shipping and handling on all returned items is non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days. Basha Bracelets ships all packages exclusively via USPS.
