-How can I order Basha products?
You can order online, via our secure website, or you contact us to place a phone order.
-Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please allow 5-7 business day to receive your order. Excluding holidays and weekends.
-What is the shipping policy?
Basha Bracelet does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 2-3 business days.
Credit Card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges.
Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items, as we only ship complete orders to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. We will notify you if your order is delayed.
-How much is shipping?
To ship in the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands there is a flat rate fee of $8.30. For all other customers, there are other shipping methods available depending to where and how fast you would like to receive your order.
-Why does my Basha piece look different than the picture on the website?
All of the gemstones and crystals we use in our jewelry are natural and come from the Earth. Due to this, the size, color and pattern (striations, mixing of colors, rutiles etc.) of the beads will vary from piece to piece. However, the minor variance in your beads will not compromise the energy and quality of your piece.
-How can I find out the status of my order?
The best way to find out the status of your order is to contact us.
-Can I check the status of my backorder online?
Yes! If you created an account (and did not check out as a guest), you can log into your Basha Bracelet account on our website and check any backorder messages. We will try to update these as often as possible, so if you do not see an update after a few days, you can contact us and we will be happy to give you an update on your order!
-What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa via PayPal.
-Is my credit card safe?
Yes, we make every effort to protect your online information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure.
-Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Due to the nature of our products, we strongly discourage returning merchandise. Please contact us for more information in such an event.
-Can I cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and as accurately as possible, we are usually unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. In most cases, the items are shipped out to you within 24 hours of us receiving the order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us.
-What else should I know about my jewelry purchase?
Basha Bracelets are specially designed to enhance the wearer’s own energy. The jewelry is empowered by the wearer’s personal intentions to change or improve. As an energy enhancer, Basha Bracelets rely on the wearer to be effective. The responsibility for empowering the energy enhancing capability of Basha Bracelet is solely with the wearer. Therefore, no expressed warranties are given and no affirmation of Basha Bracelet by words or actions will constitute a warranty. Basha Bracelets are sold on an “as is” basis.
The entire risk as to the quality and performance depends on how the piece is used or worn. Should the jewelry prove defective, Basha Bracelets gives you a 1 year warranty on all its products with its original ticket purchase. If the bracelet has a manufacturing error on its moorings, we will gladly replace it with an equal piece to the original purchase value. If temporarily, or no longer in production, Basha Bracelet reserves its right to apply its manufacturing with a prudent time of 4 weeks. Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact us and obtain a RMA# ( Return Merchandise Authorization number). Once you receive this # you may go ahead and return the piece. Please contact us prior to any returns.
It is recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package.
We do not repair since the nature of our products is to collect negative energies . Do not wear in the water and do not share. We recommend taking it off for sleeping.

Our jewelry is designed to help the user achieve a desired result. It is very good luck when a rock changes color or when a stone being worn inexplicably bursts. This is a clear sign that the wearer has experienced a release of old energy blockages and a sign that it is achieving the desired objective. Bad energy has been caught by the stones being worn. -Our women’s bracelets are adjustable from 6.69 inches to 8. inches
-Our men’s Bracelets are adjustable from 8.27 to 9.50 inches
Can I wear more than one piece of Basha at a time?
Yes, you can combine as many as you want. Our recommendation is to combine at least 2 different energies.
