Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice for healing. Ho’oponopono means to make (ho’o) right (pono) right (pono) to correct relationship problems.
Ho’oponopono consists of four phrases: “I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.” Why would you start out “I am sorry; Please forgive me” when you need to forgive someone else for a transgression against you? Ho’oponopono teachers call this practice “cleaning”, you clean yourself of your own negative feelings to erase from your memory or consciousness whatever negativity is not working for you. You are expressing the fact that you no longer wish to suffer from a current or past problem. Wear your bracelet and say the healing words anytime and anywhere.
